I work at the boundary between engineering and the business. This year that meant working alongside legal on the SLA language behind a health-system partnership worth ~$7M in annual revenue to RVO. Most of the past decade has been in regulated healthcare data, where compliance is the precondition for revenue, not a tax on it.
